Individual Therapy (Virtual – California)

I work primarily with high-achieving women, and also with men who resonate with this experience — those who appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, and difficulty setting boundaries, even though they are responsible, accomplished, and deeply caring.
