Why Mindful Transformative8?
My mission is to help you understand what’s no longer working, release what’s draining you, and come back to yourself. I work alongside you to build self-trust, set stronger boundaries, and create a life that feels steady and truly your own.

I work with high-achieving women who are capable, self-aware, and often used to holding everything together — even when it comes at their own expense. You may look fine on the outside while feeling anxious, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside.

Our work is grounded, practical, and focused on helping your body feel safer so you’re no longer running on empty. Together, we slow things down, notice patterns that keep repeating, and make small, meaningful shifts that allow you to respond to life with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

I created Mindful Transformative8 because this work is about awareness and change that lasts.
Mindful reflects learning to slow down and notice what’s happening within you.
Transformative speaks to making intentional shifts that feel aligned, not forced.
The number 8 represents continuity and growth—reminding us that healing isn’t linear, but something we return to again and again.

Credentials
Licensed Clinical Social Worker # 97956
Expertise
I’ve spent years working with high-achieving women who appear successful on the outside but struggle internally with anxiety, people-pleasing, and burnout. My background in outpatient mental health and private practice has given me extensive experience helping women identify patterns of over-functioning and build stronger boundaries, emotional regulation skills, and self-trust.
Modalities
I integrate mindfulness-based therapy, DBT-informed emotional regulation skills, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for clients who want to process unresolved past experiences that continue to impact their present.
